1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids And Equipment To The School, For Which The Leading Body Is The City Of Jelenia Góra, I.E. The Art School Complex Stanisław Wyspiański, Ul. Cieplicka 34, 58-560 Jelenia Góra - Part I: Retrofitting Of The Workshops Workshop. Educational Unit. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Provide Equipment With Technical Parameters (Features, Properties) And In Quantities In Accordance With Annex 1 To Volume Iii Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) To The Jelenia Góra School, Referred To Above; 2) Provide Equipment To The Jelenia Góra School, Referred To By The Representative Of The Contracting Authority/Educational Unit; 3) User Service Or Textbooks In Polish And Provide Designated To Persons On The Part Of The Representative Of The Ordering Party/Educational Unit The Necessary Information On The Service Of A Given Equipment (If Concerned); 4) Provide The Contracting Authority With Warranty Cards (If Concerned). The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Attachment.
