The Contractor Proceeds To Perform Activities On Its Own Based On The Prevailing Weather Conditions In A Maximum Time Up To 1 Hour 1 Of Their Occurrence, As Well As To The Telephone Notification Of The Ordering Party, In A Maximum Time Up To 1 Hour* From This Application. 2) The Contractor Should Be In The Period Of The Contract In Constant Readiness To Conduct Winter Action. The Parties Determine That Readiness To Conduct Winter Campaign Includes In Particular: A) Maintaining A Constant, 24 -Hour Readiness Of Specialist Equipment, B) Providing Material For Winter Maintenance, C) 24 -Hour Readiness Of Employees To Conduct Winter Action. 3) On The Pedestrian Routes Indicated By The Employers, The Contractor Is Obliged To Set 20 Sand Containers. 4) Materials In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 27 October 2005 On The Types And Conditions For The Use Of Funds That Can Be Used On Public Roads As Well As Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960) Will Be Used To Combat Slippery. 5) In The Case Of Temperatures Lower Than -10 ° C, The Objects Should Be Cleaned And Sprinkled With Rough Materials Without The Participation Of Chemicals. 6) In The Case Of Snow Cover Above 1 M, The Contractor Is Obliged To Successively Export Snow With Ul. 1 Maja And Ul.
