    1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Services Regarding The Task Entitled Winter Maintenance Of Pavements And Squares In The Commune Of Tuchów 2025/2026 .1.1.1. The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1.1.1. Removal Of Winter Slippery Using Appropriate (Appropriate) Chemicals And Reinforcing Agents (Chemical In The Form Of Permanent Sodium Chloride (Road Salt) And Natural Aggregate With A Grain Of Up To 4 Mm - In Proportions: 25 %Salt, 75 %Aggregate) Adapted To Weather Conditions Together With The Supply Of These Materials And Their Loading On Transport, 1.1.1.2. Snow Removal Of Pavements And Squares Using Appropriate Equipment, 1.1.1.3. The Use Of Heavy Equipment - On The Exclusive Order Of The Ordering Party, In The Event Of Heavy Snowfall Or Blizzard Causing The Creation Of Zasp, 1.1.1.4. Snow Loading And Exports In Exceptional Situations Using Non -Powerful Equipment And Road Lane Components (E.G. With The Use Of Fire Slats) - Only At The Order Of The Ordering Party, 1.1.1.5. Permanent Patrolling Of Pavements And Squares In Order To Assess The Effectiveness Of Actions Taken As Part Of The Order And Readiness To Work 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week Enabling Telephone Contact And Fax To And From The Contracting Authority, Attention! The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Person For Telephone Contact In Order To Ensure Full Availability, 1.1.1.6. Tracking Weather Forecasts For Tuchów On An Ongoing Basis. 1.2. The Detailed Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Processing The Order Was Specified In The Attachments To Swz, Among Others In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
