In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Relevant Document Confirming The Placement Of An Order For A Damaged Part Or A Subassembly. Set Costs Related To The Removal Of The Reported Fault Will Be Borne By The Contractor, The Contractor Should Contain Information On The Possibility Of Servicing The Equipment, Including A List Of Entities Authorized A Manufacturer Or An Authorized Representative For Servicing Service .3. The Employer Informs That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In A Precise And Understandable Manner, Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Is Characterized By A Specific Contractor. Any Indication Of This Information (If Concerned) In The Content Of Annex 1 To Swz Is Only Intended To Introduce Requirements That Could Not Be Described With The Help Of Sufficiently Accurate And Understandable Terms. Therefore, It Is Clearly Emphasized That The Abovementioned Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Placement Are Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Record. As A Criterion For Recognizing Or Not Recognizing The Balance Of The Vehicle In Relation To The Vehicle Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Relevant Features Of The Vehicle Described In This Swz, I.E. Having Features, Parameters, Use Not Worse Than The Contracts Described In The Subject Of The Order Is Considered To Be The Balance Of The Vehicle. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Show In The Content Of The Offer He Submitted That The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Utility Parameters Specified In Swz, Or Provides For Better Solutions Than Those Described. Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Offered Object Rests With The Contractor.
