    The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Supply Of Lightweight Heating Oil (Oil For Heating Purposes) To The Objects Of The Komprachcice Commune. Places And Estimated Amounts Of Deliveries: Local Government Culture Center In Komprachcice - 20,000 Liters, Health Center In Komprachcice - 30,000 Liters, Public Primary School In Komprachcice - 50,000 Liters, Public Primary School In Polish Nowa Wieś - 16,000 Liters. The Number Of 116,000 Liters Of Heating Oil Is The Maximum Demand Of The Contracting Authority And May Change During The Contract. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Use The Entire Scope Of The Order Due To The Actual Consumption. In Relation To The Unused Amount Of Fuel Oil, The Contractor May Not Bring Any Claims For Damages And Financial To The Employer During The Contract. The Employer Determines The Minimum Level Of Order Processing At 60%, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Food Oil Supplies Will Be Carried Out On Business Days, From Monday To Friday, From 7:30 To 14:00 On The Day Agreed With The Employer.
