The Employer Requires A Guarantee For The Executed Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Investment Task In Question For A Period Of Not Less Than 5 Years. 5.5. All Trademarks, Names Or Origin Indicated In Swz Documentation Should Be Understood As Sample And Considered Together With The Word / Equivalent / Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical Parameters Not Worse Than The Documents Assumed In The Above -Mentioned Documents. 5.6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 In Connection With Art. 95 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under A Full -Time Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Persons Performing Activities Involving The Performance, Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works In The Field Of Road Construction. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons And The Control Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Compliance With Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 95 Para. 1, The Type Of Activities Necessary To Perform The Order To Which The Requirements Relate Are Included In Annex 9 To Swz - General Terms Of The Contract. 5.7. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order (Subcontractors). 5.8. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform By The Contractor Key Parts Of The Contract. 5.9. The Contracting Authority Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting A Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Indicates In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provided (If They Are Known To Him At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors. 5.10.
