Part 1 - Maintenance Of The Surface Of The Ground And Crushed Forest Roads In The Karwin Forest District. Undergenced Live And Forest Roads Improved With Broken Aggregates. The Total Length Of Forest Roads With Unoverty Ground Surface, Intended For Profiling With Compaction, Is 58 486.00 Mb (204 701.00 M2). The Length They Are Located Entirely In The Karwin Forest District, In The Lubuskie Voivodship, In Strzelecko-Drezdenecki, Międzyrzec And Gorzów Poviats. The Expired Location Of Roads For Maintenance Was Presented On The Maps Of Forestry, Included In The Repair Program Constituting Annex 1A To Swz. This Location May Change At The Stage Of The Contract, In Cases Justified By The Economic Interest Of The Ordering Party. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Repair Program, Maintenance And Repair Of Forest Road Surfaces Located In The Karwin Forest District In 2025 , Constituting Annex 1A To Swz, 2) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works ,, Other Important Reasons, In Particular: Natural Causes, Circumstances Caused By Natural Disasters And Natural Disasters. The Above -Mentioned Reduction In The Size Of The Work, In Relation To The Scope Specified In The Swz, Will Not Result In A Change Of Contract Or Constitute Non -Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Obligation, And Therefore Is Not The Basis For Raising Any Claims In Relation To The Contracting Authority. This Reduction May Apply To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Quantity Provided For Each Item Of The Bill Of Quantities. Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Provided With Their Own Efforts. 2) Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Project Documentation And Must Be Consistent With Polish Standards, Have Approvals, Technical Approvals, Compliance Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Costs Related To The Maintenance Of The Facilities And The Construction Site, As Well As The Utilization And Export Of Waste Resulting During The Works. The Obligation Of Personal Performance By The Contractor For Key Tasks Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors.
