The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I Contract - Development Of An Architectural Concept: A) The Construction Of A Construction Inventory Of Facilities Together With Internal Installations And Connections Of The For The Implementation Of Design Works; B) Developing Architectural Concepts; Development Of The Final Architectural Concept; E) Obtaining The Written Acceptance Of The Contracting Authority Of The Abovementioned; F) Submitting An Application For The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment Together With The Necessary Attachments. 2) Stage Ii Of The Contract - Development Of A Construction Project (Pb): Pzt, Pa -B And Pta) Facility; D) Developing The Necessary Expertise; E) Developing A Complete Construction Project: Land Development Project (Pzt), Design And Building (Pa-B) And Technical Design (Pt) Together With The Necessary Permits; F) Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Opinions, Expertise, Acceptance, Agreements, Approval And Permits From Applicable Law And Requirements Of Competent Authorities And Units; G) Obtaining Technical Connection Conditions (Twp) Or Their Update; H) Obtaining/Developing Other Arrangements/Documents Necessary At This Stage Of The Implementation Of The Design Activities, As Well As Obtaining Agreement Of External Units Regarding, Among Others Necessity); J) Drawing Up A Request For A Building Permit, Submitting A Complete Application Together With The Pages To The Competent Public Administration Authority And The Transfer Of The Application To The Contracting Authority.
