    Modernization Of The Premises At Rynek 4 In Legnica For The Needs Of A Tourist Information Point. The Work Of The Works Includes: 1) Construction And Renovation Works, Including Finishing Works Of Walls, Floors And Ceilings Along With The Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery; 2) Delivery And Installation Of Movable Furniture And For Buildings; 3) Works Related To Electrical Installation: Cabling, Installation Equipment, Lighting. Contained In Chapter 4_ Documentation And In Chapter 3_Projekt Of The Agreement With Attachments. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Any Own Names, Commercial Brands, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin: Movable Furniture Equipment - It Should Be Assumed That The Indicated Own Names, Trading Brands, Patents Or Origin: Furniture Equipment Was Used To Specify Quality Expectations, Technical/Technological, Dimensional, Operational Furniture Equipment Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Own Names And Commercial Brands Included In The Specification Were Used Only For An Example - Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer In Which Movable Furniture Equipment Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Replaced By Equivalent, I.E. Parameters, Dimensional, Qualitative, Technical/Technological Operational, And Utilitarian Than Proposed By The Employer. The Obligation To Prove Equivalence Lies With The Contractor - By Attaching To The Offer, E.G. Product Cards, Catalogs, Manufacturer Descriptions, Photos, Visualizations, Descriptions, Etc. - That Is, The Characteristics That, In A Way That Does Not Raise Doubts Of The Ordering Party, Will Allow The Identification Of Movable Furniture Equipment Or Will Confirm Their Equivalence As To Their Qualitative, Technical/Technological, Dimensional Features. Parameters And Technical Solutions.
