Tenders Are Invited For Changing The Use Of A Part Of The School Complex Building To The Municipal Municipal Public Library And Municipal Municipal Culture And Sports Center In Szczekociny - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled Changing The Use Of Part Of The Building Of The School Complex To The Municipal And Municipal Public Library And The Municipal Municipal Culture And Sports Center In Szczekociny - Stage I.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Following Construction Works Are Envisaged: 1) Construction Of Partition Walls - Basement, Ground Floor, Floor, Attic With Installation Of Aluminum Doors; 2) Construction Of Fire Separation Walls - Basement, Ground Floor, Floor And Installation Of Aluminum Doors In The Attic; 3) Execution Of A Driveway For Disabled People. 3. Detailed Scope Of Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Para. 1 Public Procurement Law Was Described By Means Of A Bill Of Quantities, Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex 1 To This Swz Constituting Its Integral Part. Attention!!! The Design Documentation Covers A Wider Range. 4. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of People And Property. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Stwiorb, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art, Applicable Regulations, And To Give The Subject Of This Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Period Agreed. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of People And Property. 6. If The Employer In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc.7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Para. 5 Or Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer Of Documents (In Question), Confirming That The Balanced Solutions Offered Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above -Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete, The Employer Will Not Call For Their Submission/Supplement. 8. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 9.
