The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Sheathing And The Roof Structure Of A Multi -Family Residential Building With A Service Part At Ul. 1 Maja 48 In Żyrardów And Renovation Of Ventilation Chimneys, Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System. The Bunny Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Found In The Conservation Protection Area. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Guarantee Of Quality And Warranty For Defects For Completed Construction Works For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Extend The Warranty Period To 48 Or 60 Months. Extending The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Thickener Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Design Documentation (Annex 7 To Swz), Which Consists Of: 1) Architectural And Construction Design2) Bill Of Quantities2. Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) - Annex 8 To Swz. The Works Of The Works, Contain A Statement Of Anticipated Works And Are Transferred Only To Facilitate The Contractors To Estimate The Costs Of Carrying Out The Subject Of The Contract (They Have An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Basis For Valuation). Due Diligence Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And The Quality Of The Materials Used To Perform The Task. All Materials And Devices Used To Perform The Contract Must Have Current Guarantees, Certificates, Approvals Or Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction.
