The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Stage And Implemented By Parts: 1) Part I - Development Of The Work Schedule With A Visible Division Into Construction Facilities, 2) Part Ii - Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Renovation Of Sports Fields, Including Replacement Of The Irrigation System, 3) Part Iii - Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of External Lighting Of The Sports Field. 2. The Scope Of Parts I Includes: 1) Execution Of The Schedule Divided Into Stages Of Works, With: A) The Contractor Shall Submit A Confirmation Schedule To The Employer Within 10 Business Days From The Date Of The Contract, B) The Ordering Party Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Schedule Will Submit Comments Or Approve The Schedule, C) The Contractor Will Submit An Updated Schedule, Including Period Of 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party, The Comments Referred To In Point B), D) The Contracting Authority Failure To Submit Comments To The Schedule In The Mode Specified In Point B) Is Unambiguous With Approval Of The Schedule. Advancement And Evaluation Of The Compliance Of Works With The Assumptions Of The Approved Schedule. In The Event Of Delays In The Implementation Of Individual Stages Of Works Exceeding 14 Calendar Days, Arising For Reasons Depending On The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Repair Actions. 3. The Scope Of Part Ii Includes: 1) Execution By The Contractor Construction Works In The Field Of Renovation Of Sports Fields With The Following Surface Combination:- 105 X 68 M Motherboard- 7140.00 M2- Training Field With Dimensions Of 110 X 70 M- 7700.00 M2- Training Field With Dimensions 65 X 40 M- 2600.00 M2 Integral Part Of Swz.2) The Execution Of Construction Works By The Contractor In The Field Of Renovating The Irrigation System Of Sports Fields, Based On The Design And Costing Documentation, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz, 3) Obtaining Permits On Behalf Of The Employer Permits For The Use Of The Implementation Of The Implemented Investment And Notification Of The Commencement And Completion Of Work To Relevant Administrative Institutions, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, If Required. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Of Construction Works Resulting From The Project And Cost Documentation Introduced At The Stage Of Implementation Or Supplementation. 4. The Scope Of Part Iii Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works By The Contractor In The Field Of Building External Lighting Of The Sports Field, Based On The Design And Costing Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz, 2) Obtaining Permant Of Permits For The Use Of The Implemented Investment On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority And Notification Of The Commencement And Completion Of Work To Relevant Administrative Institutions, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, If Required. 3) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Of Construction
