1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Playground Located At The Primary School In Zegrze, On The Plot No. 111/4 Of The Rev. 11 - Jadwisin, Serock Commune, Legionowo Poviat, Voivodeship Mazowieckie, In Accordance With The Design Documentation By The Company Alkbud - Investment Services - Leszek Kamiński, Ul. Królewska 10, 05-140 Jadwisin, Constituting Annex 8 To This Swz, Which Indicates The Location Of Small Architecture Facilities In The Field And Determines Detailed Land Development. The Designed Land Development Elements Will Perform A Recreational And Sports Function For Children And Adolescents. 2) The Order Is Divided Into The Basic Scope (Basic Order) And The Scope Covered By The Option Of The Option (Order Covered By The Option Of The Option). The Basic Order Is Task 1. E) Alignment Of The Demolition Area; F) Construction Of A New Surface From Epdm Granules Using An Existing Foundation; The Missing Foundation Of A Separate Area In Accordance With The Documentation Should Be Supplemented With The Construction Layers Of The Foundation, And The Whole Area Is Separated From Other Elements Of The Area Using Flexible Epdm Safe Curbs Arranged On A Concrete Bench With Resistance; Coloring Of The Surface To Be Agreed With The Employer.G) Construction Of A Safe Surface From Sand With A Layer Of Gr. 50Cm Limited With Epdm Safe Curbs Arranged On A Concrete Bench With Resistance.
