Tenders Are Invited For Service Service Of Two Ups Installed In The Building At Ul. Kolska 12 In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Servicing Two Ups Power Supplies, Hereinafter Referred To As Devices Or Ups, Also Owned By The Employer, Also Called Nask-Pib, Installed In The Building Of The Ordering Party At Ul. Kolska 12 In Warsaw For A Period Of 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Services. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Service Of Servicing Two Power Supplies, Referred To In The Table In Paragraph 2 Below, Held By The Ordering Party. The Service Includes, In Particular, The Installation Of Spare Parts, I.E. Elements That Are Part Of The Devices, Hereinafter Referred To As Spare Elements Or Spare Parts Together With The Provision Of Their Manufacturers Guarantees For Such Spare Elements. Spare Elements Will Be Delivered And Listed By The Contractor, If It Is Necessary To Repair The Device. 2. List Of Non -Resource Power Supplies Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Below: 1 Eaton Model 93E/120Kva. S/N: 4H423lxx13, Location: Warsaw Ul. Kolska 12, Postcode: 01-045 2 Eaton Model 93 Pm/160Kva, S/N: 1995000020, Location: Warsaw Ul. Kolska 12, Postal Code: 01-0453. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Ensure That All Activities Under The Service Service Are Carried Out Only By The Authorized Service Of The Device Manufacturer And That All Spare Elements Came From The Device Manufacturer - As Original, New And Produced By This Manufacturer Or Its Authorized Representative. 4. Correct Installation Of A Replacement Element By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract (After Prior Approval By The Employer), Causing The Removal Of The Submitted Or Detected Problem And Ensuring The Correct Operation Of The Device, Will Be Additionally Settled Based On The Price Lists Of Elements Constituting The Mandatory Element Of The Form On Negotiating The Contractor. Detailed Lists Of Spare Elements, Which Are The Basis For Preparing The Price Lists Referred To In The Preceding Sentence, Were Included In Annex 2 (Table No. 2) And In Annex 3 (Table 3) To Annex 3 To Swz - Price Form. Settlements Carried Out In This Respect Are Additionally Limited By The Maximum Amount Indicated In The Contract Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract In Question. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.6. The Deadline For Completing The Order: 1) The Contract Is Concluded For A Definite Period And Is Valid Until The Expiry Of 24 Months From The Start Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Paragraph 3 Below 7. The Purchaser Does Not Allow Negotiations To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice.
