Measurement At Linear Earthworks- Road Route In The Plain Area, B) Cleansing And Profiling Of The Existing Surface Of Stone Aggregate On The Width Of The Road Mechanically Using A Equal Or Handmade And Roadside And Roadside. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annexes 7 And 8 To Swz. In The Event Of Any Doubts, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Employer To Clarify The Content Of Swz.2.6. The Bill Of Quantities Is Assisted In Calculating The Flat -Rate Price, But Does Not Create A Closed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order And Have Only An Auxiliary And Informative Nature. After Reading The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Construction Works Necessary To Achieve The Result Which Is The Comprehensive Performance Of The Entire Contract. 2.7. The Requirements Specified In Even One Document Constituting The Attachments To Swz Will Be In Force For The Contractor, As If They Were Included In The Entire Documentation. 2.8. In The Case Of Discrepancy, The Ordering Documents Will Apply In Individual Documents, Which The Document Should Be Considered Binding. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Deficiencies In The Documentation For Its Own Benefits, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Contracting Authority Immediately. Possible Non -Compliance Should Be Explained In The Form Of Queries To The Content Of Swz.2.9. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.2.10. The Task Will Be Covered By Co -Financing From The Budget Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
