Tenders Are Invited For Successive Catering Services For The Needs Of The University Of Economics In Katowice

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of Postgraduate Studies Mba Master Of Business Administration Organized At The Facilities Of The University Of Economics In Katowice Located In Katowice At Ul. Bogucicka 3 (Building A) And Bogucicka 5.2. By Providing Successive Catering Services, The Employer Understands The Service Of Preparing Meals And Drinks As Well As Their Delivery/ Delivery And Administration On The Dates And Quantities Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Order, Using The Contractor By The Contractors Own Equipment, Equipment, Dishes, Products. The Contractor Will Deliver And Unfold, Serve Meals And Drinks In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 3. The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of The Events Organized By The Employer Will Take Place Successively, Based On Separate Orders Of The Employer Sent In Electronic Form. 4. Each Order Carried Out As Part Of This Subject Of The Contract Will Include The Provision Of Catering Services For Postgraduate Participants. The Number Of Participants Will Always Be Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Order And Will Be Not Less Than 20 People And No More Than 26 People. Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Participants Is Permissible In The Event Of A Legitimate Event. 5. The Employer Shall Provide The Rooms Where Events Will Take Place Within The Date Agreed With The Contractor, But A Minimum Of 2 Hours Before The Start Of The Event. The Contracting Authority Will Also Provide Access To The Media, I.E. To Electricity And Water. 6. In The Event Of A Demand By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Clean, Undamaged Buffet Tables Covered With Clean, Ironed, Uniform Tablecloths. The Contractor May Not Use Disposable Tablecloths And Cerrat. 7. Stock By The Ordering Party In Form No. 1 To Swz (Offer Form), The Number Of Catering Kit Is Only Used To Evaluate And Compare Offers And Is Based On The Estimated Size. The Actual Quantities Of The Catering Kit Will Result From Current, Actual Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And A Description Of The Manner Of Performance Of The Contract And The Contractors Obligations Specify: 8.1.
