1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Logistics Service Service, Ensuring And Organizing The Participation Of Patients Simulated For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of Didactic Classes Or Exams Conducted By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow, Respectively In Relation To One To Ten Parts Of The Order. 1.1. The Order Is Carried Out Under The Agreement For Co-Financing No. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Logistics Service, Ensuring And Organizing The Participation Of People In Exercises Or Exams As Simulated Patients (Hereinafter Referred To As Patients). 1.4. The Order Has Been Divided Into 10 Parts: 1.4.1 Part 1 - 6 - Service In The Field Of Logistics Service, Ensuring And Organizing The Participation Of Patients Simulated In Didactic Classes Or Exams Conducted By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow. Service For The Purposes Of Taking Lab -Nuk Communication Classes For The Year Iii Or For The Needs Of Exams For The Second Or Year Of Year Ii Or Participation From The Needs Of The Employer. 1.4.2 Part 7 - 8 - Service In The Field Of Logistics Service, Ensuring And Organizing The Participation Of Patients Simulated In Didactic Classes Conducted By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakows Service For The Needs Of The Implementation Of Lab -Nuk Communication Classes For The Year Iii Or Participation In Other Didactic Classes Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
