1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Provision Of A Comprehensive Patient Nutrition Service In Pzol Grojec. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 6 To Swz.3. The Employer Reserves The Right Not To Realize The Entire Order If Its Actual Needs Are Smaller Than The Assumed. 4. Additional Requirements Set To The Entire Subject Of The Contract: A) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Check The Supervision Of The Service By Designated Persons, B) In Order To Enable The Inspection The Contractor Undertakes To Provide At The Request Of The Employer Relevant Documents And Provide All Necessary Information In The Service Of The Service, C) All Comments Regarding The Quality Of The Service, The Contracting Authority Reports To The Coordinator-Contractor For The Performance Of The Contractor. Control Protocol, D) The Contractor Is Borne For Any Irregularities Related To The Performance Of The Service. 5.
