    3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Minimum Requirements Is Annex 1 To Swz.3. Additional Equipment Included In The Subject Of The Contract Included In The List Of Products Requiring Admission To Use Must Have Current Certificates Of Admission To Use In Fire Protection In Poland In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 20 June 2007 On A List Of Products For Providing Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Principles Of Issuing These Products (Journal Of Laws From 2007, No. 143, Item 1002 As Amended) 4. Whenever This Swz Content, In The Scope Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Mentions A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Special Process Characterizing A Specific Product, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Word: Or Equivalent. The Employer Will Consider One To Be The Equivalent Solution That Will Be Responsible For The Same Or Better Than The Quality Parameters Described In Swz, And Its Use Will Not Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning/Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For Its Intended Purpose. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer And Will Not Cause Additional Costs For Their Use.
