    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Over A Period Of 12 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As: Pe Act. Delivery (Purchase And Distribution) Of Electricity Will Take Place To The Facility In Rybno. The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Implemented For The Building Of The State Museum Of The Archaeological Warehouse And Study Center, Address: Parkowa 4, 96-514 Rybno To The Energy Collection Point (Ppe) With The Number 590543540400317484. Estimated Amount Of Energy Consumed Over 12 Months: 93 818 Kwh.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annex To Swz3. The Electricity Consumption Given In Point 1 Is Indicative And In No Case Is The Contracting Authority To Buy Energy In The Amount Given. The Seller Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Energy By The Employer. 4. Real Settlements Will Take Place On The Basis Of Current Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. On The Other Hand, Settlements For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Basis Of Fees Resulting From The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services. 5. A Possible Change In The Forecast Electricity Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, Except For The Settlement For The Actually Used Amount Of This Energy, According To The Unit Prices Set Out In The Contractors Offer. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Comprehensive Contract With Operators Of The Distribution System As At The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of A Distribution System, To Which The Network Is Connected To The Ordering Party Objects, Enabling The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For Facilities Covered By This Order.
