    Emergency And Security Equipment - Population Alarms. The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Later Pohee) Requests Your Bid From The Electronic Population Alarms To Be Fixed In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Estimated Acquisition Amount For The Procurement Period Is 24Pcs. The Acquisition Amount Of 2025 Will Be Estimated To Be 9 Alarms. In Order To Reach The Bidding Comparison, The Provider Must Offer Each Of The Items Below: Item 1) Population Alarm Item 2) Battery Replacement Cost. The Procurement Agreement Is Valid For Two (2) Years, Plus A 1+1 Year Option. The Subscriber Will Decide On The Use Of The Options Separately. In Addition, The Subscriber Shall Decide Separately On The Possible Service Agreement And Its Extent After The Warranty Period. Consumption Volumes Indicated In The Invitation To Tender Are Estimated Consumer Volumes. Estimated Equipment Consumption Volumes Are Only Notified To The Tenderer To Support The Bid. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Contracting Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Greater Or Lower. The Contracting Entity Selects One (1) Supplier Whose Solution Is The Best Value For Money (Most Economically Advantageous). During The Contract Period, The Welfare Area Will Allocate The Appropriations For Purchases In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender Each Year Separately. Procurement Will Be Implemented Each Year Within The Funding. If There Is No Appropriation For Any Year, There Will Be No Acquisitions Under The Procurement Decision That Year. The Items In The Acquisition Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents.
