    Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the External Audit of the Financial Statements of the 220KV (400KV) Uganda DRC Power Interconnection Project (NEPAD IPPF) The key staff should be qualified, experienced and skilled to carry out the audit exercise. The team will comprise, at least: (a) a team leader with at least a Masters degree and be a member of a recognized accountancy Professional body in auditing/accounting and a minimum of 10 years experience in auditing; (b) an audit manager/financial auditor with a minimum of a bachelors degree in auditing/accounting and a minimum of 7 years experience in auditing; and experience in review of accounts (c) Senior Auditor /Financial Auditor with a minimum of a bachelors degree in auditing/accounting. He/she should be a fully qualified accountant and a member of a recognised accountancy professional body with a minimum of 5 years experience in auditing and (d) A financial auditor with a minimum of a bachelors degree in auditing/accounting/commerce or relevant degree with at least level II professional accountancy qualifications and a minimum of 3 years audit experience of organizations similar in size and scope to NELSAP-CU.
