Tenders are invited for EcoHack: Driving Green Innovation Through Hackathons Reference: PSE22004-10069 Deadline for Concept Note Submission: Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 13:00 PM Objective: To support and strengthen the Palestinian economy in its transition towards a Green & Circular Economy by: · Establishing and promoting enabling frameworks for GCE. · Supporting entrepreneurship in green and circular sectors. Expected Results: · Selection of 55 innovative ideas to participate in hackathons. · Financial support for 33 entrepreneur teams. · Training for 100% of selected entrepreneurs on GCE and business development. · Development of business modeling toolkits. · Increased awareness of decent work and sustainability principles. Available Funding: · Total budget: EUR 450,000 · Average grant per team: EUR 8,000 Target Regions: · Region 1: North & Central West Bank (e.g., Jenin, Nablus, Ramallah) · Region 2: South West Bank (e.g., Hebron, Bethlehem, Jerusalem) Eligibility: · Legal entities (NGOs, CSOs, foundations, training institutions). · Proven experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and GCE incubation. · Applications must be submitted in English. · Submissions must include both hard and electronic copies delivered to Enabel offices in Ramallah or East Jerusalem.
