Electricity - Purchase Of Electricity For 2026 - 2027. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Electricity By The Ordering Party With A Total Estimated Volume 5012 Mwh During The Delivery Period, I.E. From 01.01.2026 For 24 Months 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Opz With Attachments (Annex 3 To Swz). 3. The Table Constituting An Integral Part Of The Opz Provides Data On The Quantities Of Energy For Individual Collection Points (Ppe) And The Amount Of Energy In Individual Distribution Tariff Groups 4. Additional Contractual Conditions Are Determined By The Designed Contract Provisions (Annex 2 To Swz). 5. The Employer During The Contract Of Validity (Optional Option) Is Entitled To Increase The Volume Of Electricity, A Maximum Of 15% Of The Amount Of Energy Indicated In Opz.
