The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of Licensing Solution Provider (Lsp) - Intermediaries In Obtaining And Supplying Units Of All Types Of Licenses, License Updates And Subscription To The Manufacturers Software Microsoft, Indicated In The Manufacturers Price List, As Part Of The Product Categories Indicated In Annex 1A To Swz Technical And The Provision Of Accompanying Services, I.E. Expert Support Services Of The Manufacturer And Consultation Support Of The Contractor In The Field Of Manufacturers Software As Well As The Technical Support Services Of The Manufacturer. 2. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Determine The Rules And Conditions For Orders (Implemented On The Basis Of Contracting Contracts) That May Be Granted During The Period Of The Framework Agreement Indicated In The Chapter. The Framework Agreement Specifies All Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of Supplies Or The Provision Of Accompanying Services And Technical Support Services Of The Manufacturer And The Conditions For The Selection Of Contractors Who Will Provide Deliveries Or Perform Services To Entities From Among The Contractors Who Are A Party To The Framework Agreement. 2.4. Orders Will Be Completed Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Entities, After The Unit Carried Out By The Contracting Procedure - I.E. The Subject Of The Contract Carried Out As Part Of The Executive Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Consists Of The Following Categories Of Products, Including Accompanying Services, Specified In Annex 1A To Swz -
