The Acquisition Is Related To The Helmi Guest Fraud Project, Which Aims To Reduce The Amount Of Raccoon Dog And Mink In Finlands Most Valuable Bird Waters. The Helmi Guest Feast Project Is Part Of The Helmi Organ Program Launched By Ym And Mmm, Which Aims To Renovate Finnish Valuable Nature Sites And Increase Biodiversity. The Activities Of The Helmi Guest Fraud Project Have Previously Been Coordinated In The Ostrobothnian Coastal Area (2021-2024) By A Metsähallitus Hunting Expert. Since 2025, The Ostrobothnian Coastal Care Area Has Been Coordinated By A Purchasing Service According To This Procurement. Separate Work Packages Are Defined To Support The Coordination Below Section 3. The Southernmost Destination Is Petolahti And The Northernmost Kalajoki. There Are Seven Other Destinations In The Coastal Area Between These Sites, From The South To The North: Vassorfjärden, Uusenkaarlepyy Archipelago, Hällorsfjärden, Laajalahti, Harrbåda, Lohtaja And Himanka. The Distance Between The Objects Is About 200 Km. Based On The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Is Set Up. The Framework Agreement Is Signed With One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Is Valid Until December 31, 2028. The Project Is Granted Annually Funding. The Subscriber Orders An Annual Assignment During The Framework Arrangement Period If The Funding Is Granted. The Assignment For 2026 Funding Has Been Granted. When The Framework Agreement Enters Into Force, The Assignment For The Period From January 1 To December 31, 2026 Will Be Ordered In More Detail In The Description Of The Assignment In Annex 1.
