    Work Detail

    The Designers Obligations During The Execution Of The Public Procurement Will Include: To Monitor The Implementation Of The Construction Works To Be In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Article 162, Paragraph 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act. It Is Prescribed For The Accurate Observance Of The Investment Project He Has Made, Which He Registers In The Order Book. Performs The Necessary Activities - Technical Quality Control, Quantitative Assessment Of The Execution And Verifies And Signed Protocol 19, Which Should Be Completed With All Required By The Provisions Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Ordinances And The Agreed Conditions Documents - Certificates Of Materials And Articles Invested In The Execution, Declarations Of Compliance, The Protocols Of Additional Tests And The Additional Tests And Tests As Of July 31, 2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Control For Not Admitting Material Deviations From The Approved Investment Projects During The Construction Of The Construction, And, If Necessary, For Compliance With The Provision Of Art. 154, Para. 5 Of The Spa.
