    Work Detail

    Provision Of Services In Accordance With Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Law On Public Orders (Ppa), Namely: Measurement Of The Implementation Of The Quality Of The Quality Of The Universal Postal Service On The Grounds Of Art. In Order To Evaluate The Quality Of Postal Services, By Order Of The European Commission, The European Committee On Standardization (Cen) Has Developed A Series Of Standards For Measuring This Quality. It Is An En 13850 Standard, Which Sets Common Rules For Measuring Time To End End -To -End Single Postal Items With Advantage. Standard En 13850 Also Provides For The Regulatory Authorities To Be Able To Adapt The Rules To Their National Features. In Connection With The Above, And On The Grounds Of Art. 15, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Law On Postal Services (Zps), The Communications Regulation Commission (Crc) Conducts This Procedure In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. According To Art. 15, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Law On The Law, The Crc Determines The Regulations For The Quality Of The Universal Postal Service And The Efficiency Of The Service And Shall Provide At Its Own Expense Annually To Measure Their Implementation By An Independent Organization. Crc Has Adopted Standards For The Quality Of The Universal Postal Service (Standards, Promulgated Sg, Issue 64 Of August 19, 2011), Amended And Supplemented By Decision No. 154 Of 09.04.2020. Regularity Of Collecting And Delivery Of Postal Items; Time To Perform The Universal Postal Service (Upo) And Deadlines For Processing Claims. According To § 70 Of The Transitional And Final Provisions Of The Law On The Audit Office, The Postal Operator, To Whom The Obligation To Carry Out The Upp, For A Period Of 15 Years From 30.12.2010, Has Been Entrusted, Is Bulgarian Post Ead.
