Carrying Out An Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Accordance With Art. 142 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including An Assessment Of The Conformity Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Energy Savings And Heat Storage) In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 11 Of The Spatial Planning Act, And An Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Part Constructive In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spa. The Assessment Of Conformity Is Carried Out As A Complex Report Under Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Annexes To Which Are The Reports Under Art. 142, Para. 10 And 11 Of The Spa. 2. Implementation Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 166 Of The Spatial Planning Act In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 168 And Other Provisions Of The Spatial Planning Act, Including Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Updating The Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Spa.
