The School Buildings Are Built On A Property Of The City Of Wesseling. The Space Program To Be Implemented Comprises Approximately 17,000 M² Bgf (Including Traffic, Technology And Tributaries). The Available Construction Site Comprises Approx. 14,500 M². The Demolition Volume Of The Central Building Can Be Estimated At Approx. 9,500 M² Ggf (Built In 1971, Solid Construction). The Demolition Volume Of The Secondary School Can Be Estimated On Approx. 2,050 M² Ggf (Built In 2008, Solid Construction). The Estimated Order Volume Amounts To Around € 109 Million Net.
