    Special-Turpose Road Passnger-Transport Services-Providing Sanitary Transport Service. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service In The Field Of Sanitary Transport Of Patients And Biological Materials To Provide Health Services For The Needs Of Zoz Oświęcim. The Service Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party (The Employer Reserves The Right To Perform Sanitary Transports With His Own Transport Teams). 2. Transport Of Persons For Zoz In Oświęcim Must Meet The Requirements Of The National Health Fund And Include In Particular The Transport Of Patients Of The Ordering Party: - Between The Departments Due To The Location In Various Buildings, - To Other Medical Entities, - Transport Of Patients For Consultation, Diagnostic Examinations And/Or Passing Patients Home And Bringing The Patient To The Patient By The Contractor, - Blood Transport And Material For Research Material Diagnostic To Other Facilities. The Number Of Courses Depends On The Current Needs Of The Employer Indicated In The Ordering Partys Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements For Its Implementation Were Included In Annex 1A To Swz. The Contracting Authority States That The Total Estimated Amount Of Kilometers Provided For Implementation For The Contracting Authority Will Be Around 211,200 Km And The Total Estimated Number Of Working Hours Provided For Implementation For The Contracting Authority Will Be About 6450 Hours, And 324 Internal Courses In Zoz Oświęcim
