The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Preparation And Delivery Of Ready -Made Food For Persons From Risk Groups Under The Hot Lunch Project In Tundzha Municipality. Tundja Municipality Implements Administrative Contract No. Bg05sfpr003-1.001-0054 For Granting A Grant Under The Food Program And Basic Material Assistance 2021-2027, Under Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 Warm Lunch On The Project Warm Lunch In The Municipality Ex. No. 08-00-11196/ 14.08.2025 By The Managing Authority (Ma) Of The Program Food And Material Support (Phomp) 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund, Which Allows For The Signing Of The Completion Of The Execution Of The Execution Of The Administrative Contracts And The 31.01.2026, Which Determines The Holding Of This Order. *At The Time Of Announcement Of The Present Public Procurement Pursuant To Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act Does Not Provide Funding, In View Of Which On The Grounds Of Art. The Provision Of The Services Under This Public Procurement Will Begin After Receiving A Letter Of Award, Sent From The Contracting Authority To The Contractor For The Funding Provided And After Submission By The Contractor Of The Designated Guarantee For The Performance Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than 01.11.2025 And Is Until 31.01.2026. Each Participant Should Offer In Its Price Offer - Model No. 4 Unit Price For Administrative Costs And Costs For Transport And Storage Of Food For 1 Warm Lunch And Total Value For Administrative Expenses And Costs For Transport And Storage Of Food For The Indicative Period For The Execution Of The Contract From 01.11.2025. Estimated Deadline For The Performance Of The Services Subject To The Contract - 61 Working Days For The Period From 01.11.2025. - 31.01.2026, With The Estimated Number Of Portions For This Period Being 24 400 Pcs. The Maximum Unit Value/Price For Administrative Costs And Costs For Transport And Storage Of Food For 1 Warm Lunch Is 0.21 Without Incl. Vat, Respectively 0.25 Incl. Vat For 1 Warm Lunch.
