The Esm Platform Must Meet The Following Regulative Requirements:- Implementation Of The Requirements With Regard To The Dora (Digital Operational Resilience Act)- Hosting And Application Requirements According To Marisk- Hosting And Application Requirements According To Gdpr The Platform Must Be Implemented According To The It Strategy, Dora Strategy And Ict Dpr Strategy Of Isb. Bsi 200-1, Bsi 200-2, Bsi 200-4, Bsi C5 And The Standards Of The Iso 27Xxx Series. You Should Be Able To Map The Requirements Of The It Infrastructure Library (Itil4) As A De-Facto Standard For It Operation Of Isb. The Platform Must Be Available In An Eu. The Procurement, Implementation And Operation Of The Software Must Be Made Via An Contractor From The Eu (Legal Entity). The Service Description Includes The Requirements For The Software, The Conception And Implementation As Follows: - It Service Management - It Operations Management - Requirements For The Fulfillment Of The Dora Compliance (Focus Grc) - As Well As Operation Of The Platform And Applications To Ensure The Investment, The Esm Platform Must Already Contain All Functions Defined In The Power Description, Which Is A Uniform Data Model, Which One Future Expansion Of The Range Of Functions Of The Platform Via Further Projects. In Addition, The Service Description Includes The Provision Of The Licenses Required For The Use Of The Planned Range Of Functions As Well As The Operation Of The Esm Platform As Saas Including Isb-Specific Adjustments Or Configurations For A Period Of At Least 3 Years Including Embedding The Software In The System Landscape Of The Isb Via Suitable Interfaces. This Should Include Both The Provision Of A Productive And Two Non-Productive Environments And Include Further Environments To Be Named If Necessary
