    Oil - Fuel - No Lead Gasoline, For Vehicles Belonging To The Car Park Of Baia Mare, Based On Credit Cards. Through This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Intends, The Purchase Of Car Fuel, Respectively Unleaded Gasoline, For All The Vehicles Equipping Baia Mare, By Concluding A Framework Agreement For 4 Years. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement To Ensure The Fuel Requirement At The Institution Level, It Is Necessary To Establish The Essential Elements/Conditions That Will Govern The Subsequent Supply Contracts To Be Awarded, During The Course Of This Framework Agreement. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, At Least 2 Subsequent Contracts Per Year Will Be Concluded, Depending On The Needs Of The Institution And The Approved Funds. The Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded Have As Object The Provision Of The Product/ Fuel For Which Each Subsequent Contract Is Concluded. The Fuel, The No Lead Gasoline To Be Purchased Is Presented In The Specifications. The Duration For Which The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For This Purchase Is 4 Years. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, For 4 Years, Is: 1,927,080 Lei Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Highest Subsequent Contract That Will Be Concluded During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement: 158,400 Lei Excluding Vat; Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested Throughout The Entire Framework Agreement:  Minimum Quantity-158,400 Liters;  Maximum Quantity - 212,400 Liters. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During A Subsequent Contract:  The Minimum Estimated Quantity - 3,300 Liters;  The Maximum Estimated Quantity - 31,800 Liters. The Number Of Days Up To Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders Will Be: 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Be Clearly And Completely Respond To All The Clarification Requests On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission.
