Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment and Supplies for Rolling out PMRS. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Procurement Unit of National Payment Certification Agency (NPCA) through offices email: [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Cambodia Standard Time). Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 02:30 P.M on 9th October 2025 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives and the projects beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend in person at the address given below at 02:30 P.M on 9th October 2025 Bidders shall not have the option of submitting their Bids electronically.
