Within The Project The National Communicators Network - Ensuring The Amplification Of Messages To Promote European Investments We Consider The Organization Of Meetings At The Headquarters Of The Ministry Of Investments And European Projects (Minimum 2 Per Year - Maximum 20 Meetings Throughout The Project), With At Least 5 Persons Present In The Meeting, During The Period 2025-2029. Overall, The Physical Participation Of 400 People Until The Project Closes Is Estimated. For These Meetings, Swedish Buffet Type Catering Services Are Considered. The Contracting Authority Initiates A Public Procurement Procedure With The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement For Catering Services. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators, Respecting The Principle Of Transparency, Equal Treatment And Efficient Use Of Resources. The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Carried Out With The Resumption Of The Competition The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement: 63,365.00 Lei, Excluding Vat. Duration Of The Framework Agreement: 48 Months From Its Signing By The Last Part, But Not Later Than November 1, 2029.
