Refuse And Waste Related Services - Providing The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste And The Development Of These Waste From The Owners Of Real Estate, On Which Residents, Established In The Konopiska Commune. 4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is Providing The Service Of Collecting Municipal Waste And The Development Of These Waste From The Owners Of Real Estate, On Which Residents Inhabited In The Konopiska Commune. 4.2 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected On All Properties Where Residents Live, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Konopiska Commune. In The Scope Of The Order, It Is The Collection And Development Of The Entire Municipal Waste Stream Transferred By The Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Abovementioned Municipalities Where Residents Live, In A Way That Ensures Relevant Recycling Levels, Preparation For Re -Use And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Municipal Waste Biodegraded To Storage As Part Of The Entrusted Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Includes Annex 1A To Swz. 4.3 The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Receiving And Developing The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Transferred By The Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Konopiska Commune, Where The Residents Live, In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule Approved By The Employer, 2) Waste Management In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Waste Management, Set Out In The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste Environmental Protection And Waste Management Plan For The Śląskie Voivodeship, 3) Achievement, In Accordance With Art. 3B Para. 1 And Art. 3C Para. 1 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Executive Ordinances To The Abovementioned Of The Act, Assumed Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse, Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Municipal Waste Biodegradable Transferred To Storage As Part Of The Entrusted Task, 4) Using Specialist Vehicles And Ensuring A Sufficient Amount Of These Vehicles, Guaranteeing Timely And Qualitative Performance Of The Material Scope Of Service, 5) Having A Vehicle Location Monitoring System And Ensuring The Ordering Unlimited Access To This System, 6) Enabling Representatives Of The Employer Comprehensive Control Of The Method Of Performing The Service By The Contractor, 7) Timely Transfer Of Monthly Reports And Reports Required From The Contractor In Accordance With The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 8) Equipping The Places For Collecting Waste In Multi -Leaf Buildings With Necessary Containers For Collection And Property Owners Into Necessary Bags, 9) Developing The Waste Collected By Transferring Them To Recovery Or Disposal In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law.
