Real Estate Services- Facility Management Services For Fire And Rescue Service 7 And The South Business Court (Fw7). The Client Intends To Award Facility Management Services For The Fire And Rescue Station 7 And The Süd (Fw7) Depot. The Fire And Rescue Guard 7 And The South (Fw7) Depot Are Currently Being Rebuilt. The New Building Is Realized On Werstener Friedhofstraße 70, 72 In 40591 Düsseldorf. Completion Is Planned For The 3Rd Quarter Of 2026. The Buildings Have A Gross Area (Gfgf) Of Around 12,000 Square Meters. The Fire Station Buildings Are Based On The Werstener Friedhofstrasse. Furthermore, The Administration, The Social, Rest And Sanitary Rooms As Well As Technology And Storage Rooms, A Washing Hall And The Compensation And Movement Area Are Housed In The Building Seal. The Depot Is Largely In The Rear Area Of The Property. It Consists Of Three Larger Building Sections, Two Small Structures And The Operational Outdoor Facilities. The Administrative Wing, The Changing Room And Sanitary Rooms As Well As The Large Lounge And The Vehicle Hall Are Housed Here. In Parallel To The Green Area, The Material Warehouse Of The Depot Extends. The Property Is Also Opened Via The Werstener Friedhofstrasse. The Building Complex Also Includes A Workshop Building That Can Only Be Celebrated From The Courtyard. The Client Pursues The Goal Of Finding A Contractor Who Ensures An Optimal And Economic Building In The Partnership With The Client. In Particular, The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services: - Continuous Documentation And Reports On The Services And Work Results; - Position Of Operating Officers, Such As Security And Fire Protection Officers; - Quality Management And Quality Assurance, Among Others, As Part Of The Technical Building Management (Tgm) And Infrastructural Building Management (Igm) And Environmental Management; - Ticketing And Complaint Management As Well As Disruptive Management; - Implementation And Initial Commissioning Of The Fire And Rescue Guard 7 As Well As The South (Fw7) Depot And Explementing; - Technical Building Management (Tgm), Infrastructural Building Management And Participation In The Commercial Building Management (Kgm). The Client Is Characterized By Short Decision -Making Channels And Fast Response Times. Bidders Are Answered Quickly. The Client Bundles The User Requirements And Is The Sole Contact For The Contractor. The Client Relies On Open Communication, Quick Feedback And Short Decision -Making Channels In The Interest Of A Targeted And Partnership -Based Cooperation.
