Electric Vehicle-Purchase Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project Making Transport For Community Purposes In Naidăș Commune, Caraș-Severin County By Purchasing An Electric Minibus. The Minibuses Will Fulfill All The Technical And Safety Conditions For The Traffic On Public Roads In Romania Respectively All The Directives, Regulations And Norms Elaborated By The European Community That Refer To Vehicles. The Bidder Will Present At The Date Of Submission Of Tenders, Proof Of Approval The Offered Vehicles, As Follows. At The Time Of Submission Of Tenders, Either The Type Approval Certificate, Issued By Rar Or The Proof Of The Approvals Issued By The Competent Authorities In One Of The Eu Member States, Must Be Presented. The Tenderer Will Present In This Situation, Necessarily When Submitting The Offer, A Copy Of The Coc Certificate (Certificate) Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer For The Minibus Model Offered. All The Provisions Will Be Respected, With Reference To Minibuses And Their Components, The Provisions Of Geo No. 71/2021 Regarding The Promotion Of Non -Polluting Road Transport Vehicles, In Support Of A Low Emission Mobility, For Repealing The Government Emergency Ordinance No. 40/2011 Regarding The Promotion Of Non -Polluting And Energy -Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And Law No. 37/2018 Regarding The Promotion Of Ecological Transport. 2007/46/Ec, Respectively Omlptl No. 211/2003 - Rntr 2, Omtct No. 2132/2005 Rntr-7, Omtct No. 2135/2005 - Rntr 4, With The Last Changes In Force At The Date Of Approval, Respectively Their Registration In Romania, Of The Romanian Legislation In The Field In Force, Including With Reference To The Unlimited Access Of The Passengers With Reduced Mobility, Of The Introduction And Marketing Of Their Minibuses Or Components On The Romanian Market, Of Those With Reference To The Protection Of Work And The Safety Of Work. The Minibuses Will Necessarily Fulfill The Conditions Stipulated At Least By The Following Regulations Cee-Onu And The Ec Directives To Which Romania Has Adhered, Respectively The Romanian Legislation In Force With All The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Bidders Will Have To Prove The Conformity Of The Proposed Products With The Principles Of Dnsh, As Presented In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Regarding The Establishment Of A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments. The Analysis Will Be Carried Out And Presented For The Six Environmental Objectives (Dnnsh Verification List) As Defined In Article 17 (Significantly Prejudice Of The Environmental Objectives) Of The Regulation On Taxonomy And Ensuring The Principle Of Not Significantly Harm (Dnnh - Do No Signifier Harm), Respectively: (1) Adaptation To Climatic Changes (3) Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Big Resources
