An Additional Consideration Is That It Is Currently Insufficiently Clear Which Projects And Design Issues Will Occur Exactly During The Term Of The Assignment. There Are Variable And Partly Unknown/Unforeseen Needs, Which Means That It Is Not Possible To Divide In Advance Into Plots. By Awarding To One Tenderer, We Create The Necessary Flexibility And We Can Switch Faster With New Projects, Without Having To Start A Tendering Process Again And Again Or To Coordinate Several Parties. Such An Integral Approach Guarantees A Uniform Appearance, Continuity In Design Choices And An Efficient Version. A Split Into Plots Would Detract From The Desired Coherence And Increases The Risk Of Coordination Problems, Style Breaks Or Differences In Interpretation Of Our (Educational) Vision. Moreover, Our Ambition Requires A Strategic Partnership In Which The Winning Tenderer Acts As An Extension Of Our Organization, Something That Is Difficult To Realize When The Assignment Is Distributed Over Several Parties.
