Tenders are invited for Group Dynamic Assessment Consultant. Deadline Wednesday, 17. Sep 2025 Objectives: Develop a methodology for mapping and assessing group dynamics in the civic space. Diagnose current group dynamics, including communication, decision-making and conflict resolution. Identify strengths and challenges in team cohesion and network relationships. Provide recommendations to improve and strengthen internal collaboration and external dynamics. Scope of Work: The consultant will: Develop a full methodology for mapping and assessment. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of group dynamics and coalition structures. Design detailed reports with findings, recommendations and roadmaps implementation. Deliverables: Deliverable Description Timeline and Methodology A detailed timeline based on milestones. A comprehensive methodology for both mapping and Assessment exercises. Group Dynamics Report Summary of strengths, challenges, and behavioral patterns with visuals (sociograms, trust maps). Network & Coalition Report Mapping of alliances, gaps and strategic opportunities for expansion. Minimum 7 years of experience in group facilitation, organizational development or civic campaign training. Familiarity of political and civic landscapes in Lebanon. Experience in developing methodologies and conducting mapping exercise. Strong facilitation and reporting skills.
