Learn more on GIZ in Lebanon (giz.de) Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, the German government through the Federal Foreign Office (FFO) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) has assisted the crisis-affected Syrian people in the whole of Syria ranging from humanitarian assistance to resilience/ early recovery programming as well as stabilization efforts. Tasks to be performed by the contractor The contractor shall support GIZ in providing secure road transport for several missions during the contract period. This service includes transportation upon arrival and departure from Damascus Airport or from Beirut, as well as transportation within Damascus, to Aleppo, to Idlib, and potentially other areas in Syria.
