This project is part of the Expertise France - Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon (WE HUB), financed by the Neighborhood, Development, and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) under the European Commission. To support this initiative, Justice Without Frontiers (JWF) is procuring a selection of sweet and salty snacks, along with light, easy-to-serve beverages, to be distributed during training sessions, workshops, and awareness events. These refreshments are intended to ensure participant comfort, promote well-being, and maintain a hospitable setting throughout the sessions. This Terms of Reference (TOR) defines the specifications and conditions for the supply of individually packed snack items and beverages, ensuring they are suitable for the nature and setting of the events. Packaging and Delivery Each beverage product must be: Delivered in clearly labeled boxes/cartons Indicate product name, quantity, and expiry date Easy to handle and store All items must be delivered in clean, intact packaging Expiry dates must be clearly printed on each individual unit 6. Delivery Timeline and Location Delivery must be completed within 2 weeks after contract signing or purchase order.
