Public-Service Buses-Purchase Of Electric Buses With A Dedicated Charging System To Reduce The Use Of Emission Fuels In Public Public Transport Ostrów Wielkopolski. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1.1. Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Factory New, Low -Floor Electric Buses Together With Necessary And Additional Equipment, Software And Documentation. 1.2. Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A Charging System Consisting Of 2 Pieces Of Stationary Double -Bearing Chargers With A Total Charging Capacity Of 200 Kw (2 X 50 Kw Each Of The Chargers) At The Contracting Depot. 2. The Construction Of Buses And The Solutions Used Are To Guarantee The Operation Of Buses Assuming An Average Of 70,000 Km Of Annual Mileage. 3. The Technical Solutions Used Must Be Checked, Implemented For Serial Production, And Their Reliability Must Be Confirmed At Least In Operational Tests. 4. The Buses Offered May Not Be Prototypes And Must Be In The Current Sales Offer And Must Be Produced Not Earlier Than In 2025. The First Copy Of The Electric Bus Is Considered To Be A Prototype, Made According To The Prepared Documentation, Which Is Made To Test And Tests To Check The Correctness Of The Documentation And Its Functioning Before The Launch Of Serial Production. 5. The Design Of The Buses Offered And All Other Elements Made By The Bus Manufacturer Are To Be Made Of Non -Religious Or Difficult Materials. When Using Difficult To Use Materials, The Bus Must Have Anti -Corrosion Protection Made In A Closed Technological Cycle. 6. The Buses Offered Must Be Constructed In Such A Way That Their Trouble -Free Long -Term Operation At The Temperatures Of The Surrounding Air At Shaded Places From -25 Degrees C To +40 Degrees C. 7. The Ordered Buses Are To Be Carried Out Using The Latest Achievements Of Technology And Workshop Knowledge Ensuring Trouble -Free Operation With Minimal Circulation Of Current Maintenance. Materials Checked And Approved For Use In Business Activities Are To Be Used For Production. 8. The Bus Is To Be Powered By An Electric Motor With A Capacity Of At Least 160 Kw, Powered By An Electricity Storage With A Nominal Capacity Min. 250 Kwh. 9. Formal Requirements, Technical Parameters And Equipment That Buses Must Meet And Have The Offered Traction Battery System Specifies The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party In The Period Between The Signing Of The Contract And The Receipt, Within The Scope And Dates Specified In Annex 2 To The Contract. 11. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Ensure Obtaining Tec Parameters
