The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Partitions / Partitions / Side Marks, Whose Technical Specification Has Been Specified In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Amount Of 6,800 Pieces, Constituting The Equipment Of Container Towns And Additional Equipment For Elements In The Field Of Temporary Shelters As Part Of A Grant Project Pn. Development And Maintenance Of Resceu Shelter Capacities In Poland. 2. Regardless Of The Benefit Consisting In The Supply Of Partitions / Partitions / Side Marks (Hereinafter: The Subject Of Delivery), Referred To In Para. 1 Above, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: A. Permanent And Visible Marking - Respectively - The Subject Of Delivery And Packaging Of The Subject Of The Delivery, As Described By The Information Marking Constituting Annex 1A To Swz - Information Marking, B. Granting The Contracting Authority To A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Delivery Subject, At Least Until September 30, 2026, As Part Of Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Defects And Defects.
