A) Qualification Stage: - Entities Interested In Participating In The Competition Submit Applications For Admission To Participate In The Competition In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iv Of The Regulations Within The Time Limit Specified In The Schedule Of The Competition; - The Organizer Allows Participation In The Competition And Invites To Submit Studies Of Competition Participants Meeting The Objective Requirements Specified By The Organizer Set Out In Chapter Iv Of The Regulations. B) Stage I Competition. Submission And Evaluation Of Studies: - Submitting Studies By Participants Of The Competition Invited To Submit Studies On The Basis Of Applications For Admission Within The Time Limit Specified In The Competition Schedule. The Material Scope, The Form Of Study And The Presentation Of Studies Were Specified In Chapter V Of The Regulations; - Assessment Of Anonymized Studies Of Studies By The Competition Court Based On The Criteria Set Out In Chapter Vi Of The Regulations And The Selection Of Up To Five (5) Of The Best Studial Studies Corresponding To The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, Which Will Be Qualified To The Stage Ii Of The Competition; - Invitation To Submitting Participants Entries Competition, Whose Studies Were Qualified To The Stage Ii Of The Competition. C) Stage Ii Of The Competition - Submission And Assessment Of Competition Entries And The Resolution Of The Competition: - Submitting Competition Entries By The Participants Of The Competition, Whose Studies Were Classified As Stage Ii Of The Competition Within The Time Limit Specified In The Competition Schedule. The Material Scope, Form Of Development And The Presentation Of Competition Entries Were Specified In Chapter Vii Of The Regulations; - Assessment Of Anonymized Competition Entries By The Competition Court Based On The Criteria Set Out In Chapter Viii Of The Regulations. - Resolving The Competition, I.E.
