Work Detail

Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Revitalization Hain Osterfeld, Planning Services, Free System Planning And Structure Planning. The Grove Has Been A Central Part Of The City Of Osterfeld For Centuries. It Extends To The East Of The Historic Old Town And Forms The Walking Connection Between The Old Town And The Community Requirements And Follow-Up Facilities (Primary School, Hort, Gymnasium And Sports Hall, Football Field, Retirement Home) Directly Adjacent To The Grove (Natural Pool, Bowling Alley, Shooting Range And Sports Field). The Project Comprises The Hain With An Old Oak Beech Mixed Forest, Which Has Been A Central Part Of The City Of Osterfeld For Centuries. Originally Laid Out As A Wall System, In The 19Th Century. In Parts To The Bürgerpark With Monuments, The City Forest Now Acts As A Leisure And Recreation Area Close To The City Center And Green Lungs Of The City. The Grove Takes Over A Central Link Function In The City Structure And Connects The Old Town With The Schlossberg And The Community Needs There And, On The Other Hand, Forms The Transition From The City To The Landscape. Topographically, The Grove Has A Height Difference Of Up To 40 Meters Of Altitude And Steeply Forested Slopes And Embankments. This Means That There Are Very Different Water Conditions For The Existing Vegetation. While There Are Fresh To Moist Conditions Near The Deeper Moschelbach, A Lot Of Drier Conditions Occur On The Higher Steep Slopes With Gravelly Soils. The Grove Is An Important Regulator Of The Urban Climate And Cold Air -Air Area. It Is Characterized By Particularly Valuable Old Tree Stocks And Diverse Woody Structures, Which Have Been Severely Damaged In Recent Years By The Effects Of Climate Change (Drought, Heat, Storms, Heavy Rain). The Resulting Design Areas Are Significantly At Risk Of Erosion Due To The Steep Slope. In The Long Term, The (Functional) Loss Of The Self-Contained Valuable Hain Ecosystem Threatens. The Damage To The Hain Ecosystem Is Particularly Noticeable In The Following Areas: Due To The Hot And Dry Summer Of The Past Few Years, There Is A Loss Of Vitality At Around A Quarter Of The Inventory. In The Meantime, These Also Led To Numerous Departures From Großgrün. This Is Accompanied By The Steep Slopes And The Heterogeneous Water Distribution In The Grove Is An Advancing Erosion Of The Soils. Because Of This, Further Vegetation Losses And Slope Slips Will Face Almost All Areas Of The Grove In The Future. Due To The Nature Of The Floors And The Advancing Erosion, The Water Storage Capacity Of The Soil Is Enormously Restricted. With Long -Lasting Dry Periods, The Loss Of The Ecosystem Threatens. The Planning Task Includes Two Performance Modules: 1. The Free System Planning With Path Construction And Ramps As Well As Greening And Storage Pond Lph.3 To 8 Hoai 2021 2.
