The Service Provider Explores The Experiences Of Domestic Players And Other Countries On The Models Of Co -Housing For Young And Elderly People On Well -Being, Mental Health And Economy. The Service Provider Also Takes Into Account The Use Of The Built Environment And Cultural Well -Being In Increasing Community And Comfort. The Report Consists Of Three Components. In The First Sub -Unit, The Service Provider Identifies And Describes The Models Of Young And Elderly Co -Housing, Their Implementers And Target Groups In Finland. The Service Provider Examines Both Individual Examples And Possible Research Based On Them. The Service Provider Describes The Experiences Of Different Models Based On Interviews Or Documents. In The Second Sub -Unit, The Service Provider Describes The Corresponding Operations Of Relevant Reference Countries To Finland. In The Third Sub -Unit, The Service Provider Makes A Proposal That Includes Key Issues To Be Taken Into Account In Finland To Promote The Joint Housing Of Young People And The Elderly In Finland. The Background Of The Acquisition Behind This Acquisition Is The National Health And Well-Being Program And Its Implementation Plan In The Prime Minister Orpos Government Program. Operational Entities Include A Cross -Sectional Way Of Promoting Well -Being And Health. One Of The Measures Of The Program Is To Investigate The Working Models For Young People And The Elderly. The Demographic Development Of The Population And The Rise In Living Expenses Pose Challenges For Society And Thus Require New, Cost -Effective Solutions. In Addition, Loneliness And Social Isolation Can Significantly Impair Human Health And Well -Being. For Example, The Cohabitation Of Young People And The Elderly Reduces The Sense Of Loneliness And Can Support The Living At Home For The Elderly While Providing Young People Affordable Living, Strengthening Social Cohesion, Well -Being And Effective Use Of Resources.
