The Scope Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Building Of The Village Culture Center In Rozalinozakres Tasks: • Works In The Existing Part, • Facade - Existing Part, • Expansion, Including: Walls, Walls + Stairs, Ceilings, Wreaths, Lintels, Roof, Ground And Floors, Joinery, Internal Finishing Works, Elevation - Expansion, Water -Setting, Installation. What. And Air -Conditioning, Internal Installations E.E. Lightning Installation • Surfaces • As -Built Geodetic Inventory Ready As At The Day Of Receipt Of The Final Work. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 6 To Swz), Which Consists Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Number Of Works (Annex No. 7 To Swz). The Number Of Works Are Ancillary And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works, They Are Designed To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order. 3. The Costs Of Delivery And Assembly Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To Implementation, Including The Implementation Of Executive Projects In Agreement With The Investor, If They Are Necessary For Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Admission To Use And Starting Costs, Instruction, Training And Warranty. 4. Materials Built And Supplied By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates, And Declarations Of Compliance. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed (Materials And Labor) Is At Least 2 Years From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Receipt Of Construction Works And Signing The Final Protocol. 7. If In Any Place In Swz And In The Attachments To It, I.E. Technical Documentation And Daily Quarrels, The Manufacturers Names, Own Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Or Devices Used To Perform This Order Were Demonstrated - The Contracting Authority Adds The Word Or Equivalent. 8. The Employer Informs That When Determining The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trade Names, It Also Allows All Their Market Counterparts Not Worse Than The Indicated. The Parameters Of The Standard Indicated By The Employer Present Technical, Operational, Utility, Functional And Other Features Relevant To The Subject Of The Contract. However, The Indicated Brand Or Commercial Name Determines The Product Class, Not A Specific Manufacturer.
