The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1757N Gązwa - Sorkwita From Km 0+000 To Km 0+506. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Sorkwity Commune, In The Mragowo Poviat. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works Including A Photo Of Humus; 2) Foundation3) Bituminous Surface4) Reconstruction Of Existing Conventions To Adjacent Properties, 5) Execution Of Roadside6) Traffic Safety Devices, I.E. Marking The Contract Of The Contract Detours, Crossings And Temporary Marking, 2) Device, Maintenance And Protection Of The Construction Site Along With The Construction Facilities, 3) Costs Of Supplying And Maintaining Energy And Water As Well As Other Necessary Media For Technological Needs, Facilities And Construction Site, 4) Execution Of Temporary Roads For Construction Purposes And For Possible Detours (If Necessary), 5) Maintenance In The Right Access To The Construction Site, Particularly To The Maintenance Of Cleanliness On Sections Related To Construction Transport (Including On The Current Cleaning Of The Surface Of The Mud Carried Out On The Wheels Of Cars Leaving The Construction Site), 6) Maintaining The Construction Site Free From Communication Obstacles And Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage, 7) Repairs Damaged As A Result Of Underwater And Road Works, 8) Supervision, As Well As The Appropriate Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety, 9) Organizing And Conducting The Necessary Attempts, Tests And Acceptance And Possible Supplementation Of Receipt Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Contract, 10) Making Arrangements, Obtaining All Opinions Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, 11) Organizing The Construction Site After Completing The Works And Transferring The Contracting Authority At The Day Of Receipt At The Same Time.
